Submit your blog to Bing search engine

It is not enough to submit your blog to Google search engine alone. You should look for other renewed search engine as well, like Bing. Today I am going to discuss how to add your blog in Bing search engine to attract more traffic to your blog.

Carefully follow these steps to submit your blog to Bing search engine

Click here to go to URL submission page of Bing(you must need live or hotmail id to log in. So, if you don't have one then create now).

If you successfully log in then you will see the following page. Provide 'Web address' and 'Sitemap address'. You can also provide Webmaster e-mail,but this is optional. And then click on Submit button.

At this step you have to make sure you are the owner of the blog. For authentication purpose they provide two option, XML file(which you have to upload) or Meta tag. As we are talking about blogger blog, means you have to opt second option.

Upload meta tag -

Copy the meta tag
Next go to Blogger.com dashboard -> Layout -> Edit HTML then check Expand Widget Templates
Now, paste the code in between <> and < /head >

You are done
